How I got into Rolfing

My experience with Rolfing started when I was over enthusiastic in my yoga practice and I injured my lower back. A chiropractor told me that my bad posture was putting constant strain on my back which was the root of my back pain and suggested that Rolfing would help.

Among the benefits I received from Rolfing is the ability to stand straight without any effort, the straightening of my leg and feet, better flexibility and the removal of back and knee pain. I also felt more balanced in my body with a greater sense of calm and confidence.

These wonderful changes prompted me to become a Rolfer and I am very grateful for the abilit to practice this work.

 

My Approach to Rolfing

I view Rolfing as a cooperative undertaking between the client and the Rolfer. My focus is on working to treat the causes of pain and imbalance in the body not just the symptoms. It is truly rewarding for me to see so many people enjoy such positive changes brought about by Rolfing.
